Return or Exchange Policy:


You cannot exchange or return the product due to the nature of the product.


(There are no returns or exchanges if the motorcycle leaves the showroom. If there are manufacturing defects in the motorcycle, they will be repaired within 3 days only. After that, the warranty will cover the engine and transmission only.)


- A request to repair a manufacturing defect must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

- The motorcycle must not have been in accidents, be in its original condition, and have all tags attached.

The product must be 100% free of cracks and scratches.

- The product must be intact and undamaged.

- After the vehicle's arrival is confirmed and inspected by our staff, we will immediately complete the warranty repair procedures within a maximum of 7 business days.

Electrical parts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

_ If the order is assigned to the warehouse and motorcycle assembly begins, 5% of the order value will be deducted for the cost of preparing the order and assembling the motorcycle.

- If the payment is made via Mada, Visa or MasterCard and the customer wishes to cancel the order after a period exceeding 14 days, a nominal fee ranging from 1% to 7% will be deducted, depending on the payment method. This fee is for the operating company and we do not have any fees or interest at all. If there are no fees for the selected payment method after cancellation, the fees will not be deducted from the customer and the full amount will be returned to the customer.


-If the payment is made via Tabby or Tamara and the cancellation is made immediately after the order, a 7% cancellation fee will be charged.


- The deposit is non-refundable.
