Terms and conditions for purchasing from Power Sport:
Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we hope you will review the following before completing the purchase, as completing the purchase will be considered as acceptance of these terms:
First: Product Display
- The display and marketing of products on the site is not in any way interpreted as a recommendation to suit any product with the customer's wishes and needs. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product suits his needs by reviewing and understanding the information included on each product page and in the introductory pages, and asking any questions, before completing the purchase process.
Second: Product Guarantee
1- The store guarantees all motorcycles, and the warranty period varies from product to product. The warranty is only for the engine against manufacturing defects, and this warranty is subject to the warranty conditions mentioned on the "Warranty and Maintenance" page.
Third: Preparation and Shipping
1. The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly. An incorrect address or contact information may result in delayed or undelivered shipments, or additional charges imposed by the shipping company or delivery person. The delivery company may also request to see the recipient's ID to verify the name before handing over the order.
2- The expected time for the goods to arrive is an estimate, and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control.
3- The order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his not being present at the delivery location, not answering the delivery representative’s call, or requesting a change of the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring back to the customer if the shipping is free, and it may also change it if the shipping is paid for, provided that the store refunds the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.
5. Delivery for all products takes 4-5 days from the date the shipping company receives the order. (This may vary)
6- Individuals and companies must collect their motorcycles within 10 days of the issuance of license plates and registration forms. If the customer's motorcycle order includes customs clearance documents and they are also responsible for issuing the license plates, the motorcycles must be collected after installation within 10 days. After this period, an additional storage fee of 11.5 per motorcycle per day (including tax) will be charged.
7- Motorcycle Booking Policy : When you book a motorcycle, you must read all the store's terms and conditions, and delivery will be within the date written when booking or a maximum of 90 days from the date of the order.
8- If the reservation is cancelled in any way due to emergency circumstances on the customer's part, 10% of the product's value will be deducted from the total amount of the basket.
Fourth: Returns and Exchanges
1 - All goods sold are non-returnable
2- This website is for retail orders for personal use only. If a bulk (wholesale) order is placed, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. For inquiries regarding wholesale orders for commercial clients, please call 0558369570.
Sixth: Fees for (cancellation/modification/non-receipt) of the order
The customer must send the modification or cancellation request before shipping via the company's WhatsApp number 0558369570. Since shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies that do not represent Power Sport in any way, fees may be charged as follows:
1- If the order was delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer did not receive the order for a reason related to him, and the shipping company returned the shipment to our warehouse and charged fees for the shipment and return, then a fee of 700 riyals will be charged and deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
2- These fees will not be imposed on the customer if the store is not charged fees by the shipping company.
3- The customer acknowledges that if he chooses to pay upon delivery within Jeddah, and does not receive the order, the aforementioned fees remain his responsibility, and must be transferred to one of the store’s bank accounts.
Sixth: Warranty and Maintenance
The terms and conditions below apply only to products not covered by the agent's warranty. Products covered by the agent's warranty are subject to the agent's own terms, and the customer's reference is to the product's agent when maintenance is due under the warranty.
Power Sport guarantees all new products sold directly through the store against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies from product to product. In the event of a warranty-covered malfunction, the store will take one of the following actions immediately:
1- Repair the product through the store.
2- The product will be repaired through a maintenance center that the customer visits and that the store approves. The store will bear the repair costs, provided that the repair invoice is printed from the maintenance center.
3- Sending a maintenance representative to repair the damage at your location, bearing all costs.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from the following:
- Malfunctions that occurred due to misuse of the vehicle, or due to use that does not comply with the instructions.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to the incorrect transportation of products or other factors that led to their damage.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to improper care of the product.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to an accidental incident unrelated to manufacturing quality.
- Malfunctions caused by the use of products that are not recommended, or that are incompatible with the product, such as materials that affect the paint and its quality.
Any modification to the vehicle's structure voids the warranty.
