The refund method depends on the payment method you used when purchasing the item.

- If you transfer the amount via credit card or Mada, you must wait between (10 to 15 days) and then the amount will be transferred to you.
- If you transfer the amount to one of our bank accounts, the amount will be transferred within a maximum of 3 working days and during official working hours.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
