*Terms and conditions of purchase from Bike Power | POWER SPORT:
Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we ask you to review the following before completing the purchase process, as completing the purchase will be considered as acceptance of these terms:
First: display the products
- The display and marketing of products on the site is not interpreted in any way as a recommendation to suit or compatible any product with the customer’s desire and need. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product suits his need by reviewing the information included on each product page and in the introductory pages. Understand it, and ask any questions, before completing the purchase process.
Second: Product warranty
1- The store guarantees all motorcycles, and the warranty period varies from one product to another on the machine only against manufacturing defects, and this warranty is subject to the warranty conditions mentioned on the “Warranty and Maintenance” page.
Third: Preparation and shipping
1- The customer must enter the recipient’s name and delivery address correctly. If there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered, or additional fees will be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative. The delivery company may also request to see the ID to match the recipient's name before delivering the order.
2- The expected time of arrival of the goods is an estimated time, and we will do our best to receive your order as quickly as possible, except that the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control.
3- The customer’s order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his not being present at the delivery location, his failure to respond to the delivery representative’s call, or his request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without consulting the customer if the shipping is free. It is also permissible to change it if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.
5- Delivery of all products takes 4-5 days from the date the shipping company receives the order. (It may decrease or increase)
6- Motorcycle reservations policy : When you reserve a motorcycle, you must read all the terms and conditions of the store. We cannot give you a specific date for delivery, but delivery is within 30-35 days maximum from the date of order.
Fourth: Return and exchange
1 - All merchandise sold is non-returnable
2- This website is intended for retail orders for personal use only. If you place an order in large quantities (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order. You can inquire about wholesale orders for commercial customers at 0558369570.
Sixth: Fees for (cancellation/amendment/non-receipt) of the application
The customer must send a request for amendment or cancellation before shipping via the company’s WhatsApp 0558369570. Given that shipping, delivery and payment services are provided by other companies that do not represent Power Sport in any way, fees may be charged as follows:
1- If the order is delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and imposes a fee for the shipment and return, a fee of 700 riyals will be charged, deducted from the amount returned to the customer. .
2- These fees will not be imposed on the customer if the store is not charged fees by the shipping company.
3- The customer acknowledges that if he chooses to pay upon delivery within Jeddah, and does not receive the order, the aforementioned fees remain his responsibility, and must be transferred to one of the store’s bank accounts.
Sixth: Warranty and maintenance
The terms and conditions below apply to products not covered by the agent’s warranty only. As for products covered by the agent’s warranty, the agent’s own terms apply to them, and the customer’s reference is to the product agent when warranty maintenance is due.
POWER SPORT Bike Store guarantees all new products sold through the store directly against manufacturing defects, and the warranty period varies from one product to another. In the event of a malfunction covered by the warranty, the store will take any of the following measures immediately:
1- Repair the product through the store.
2- The product will be repaired through a maintenance center visited by the customer and approved by the store. The store will bear the repair costs, provided that the repair invoice is printed from the maintenance center.
3- Send a maintenance representative to repair the damage at your place, bearing all costs.
The warranty does not include malfunctions arising from the following:
- Malfunctions that occurred due to misuse of the vehicle, or due to use that does not comply with the instructions.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to incorrect transportation of products or others, which led to their damage.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to failure to care for the product properly.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to an accidental accident that is not related to the quality of manufacturing.
- Malfunctions that occurred due to the use of products that are not recommended, or that are not compatible with the product, such as materials that affect the paint and its quality.
-Any modification to the vehicle structure voids the warranty
